Wonderful hotel, very clean, design amazing!
Little far from duomo, but very near to nice restaurants.
Design was fabulous and staff delightful
Rooms completely impractical - no drawers or hooks for robes. Impossible for anyone larger than size 10 to be able to fit into shower and impossible to switch on shower without being soaked with freezing water. Bed not very comfortable. One glass in room. Nightmare!!
I love the old building, location in a calm place but just a step from Corso Como, combination of modern design and warm homy atmosphere. Great details. Reception stuff was very helpful and friendly, housekeeping on a good level. Breakfast on a street terassa was beautifully set and and croissants were tender, still remember their cherry tea.
Hotel has elegantly designed SPA but it is not provided well. No stuff to welcome you and show it, steam bath was hot only one day during my stay, no fruit or sneaks and when I ordered tea to SPA, they charged me 8 EURO for tea and 10 EURO for room service delivery! No massage specialist belonged to SPA, for my massage they called a women by phone. She doesn't know how to use SPA facilities and even didn't change her street clothes. Total disappointment. Also Wi Fi was payed which is uncomfortable and strange for modern city hotel.
Shambolic. No window other than on ceiling with no blinds. Tv not function properly. Room next to lift - very noisy. Would not return. All fashion and no substance
Rooms are too small for the value of money. The hotel is new and needs some time to become confortable for guests.
The interor design and decor was fab
The very creative design and the hospitality of staff.
Lack of hot water kettle at the room and the small space of the deluxe room.
It's nice hotel but I did not like the room too small nice location it's only 14min walking to the Duomo
Wonderfull decoration and foodeverything very cleanrooms very charming but small
This is only the brand and nothing more. Relatively clean and very basic hotel, if not the brand written pretty much everywhere - you would think you are in a mix of Mercure/PrivateHotel.
There are at least 3 branded hotels in Milan: Moschino, Bvlgary, and Armani. During our visit we stayed 1 night at Armani (Eur544/night, deluxe double) and 2 nights at Moschino (Eur220/night - [eur440 for 2nights], deluxe double). The difference is as huge, as the price per night, if not larger. Bottom line: I have absolutely no clue why Moschino has launched this hotel business line, it is just destroying the brand equity. The rooms are super small, interior is super basic, every opportunity was caught by Moschino to minimize spendings and costs, sadly at the expense of us, customers. Internet is not free, breakfast is not free, minibar is not free (it shouldn't, but at Armani it is free), gel/shampoo aren't changed, no one meets you at the entrance and help with the luggage. I was very very disappointed, especially after Armani Hotel. Key lesson: manage your expectations, read all the negative comments about the hotel, and never expect a "boutique"- stay. Can only recommend if you only need a sleep and your employer is paying for the accommodation.
moderninty and hotel style
the room wasn't equipped well, there was no wardrobe to put the clothes
blinds in the room - could not operate, hence woke up due to daylight
The hotel design was amazing and very pleasant. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice outside terrasse in front of the hotel very comfortable.
The rooms are rather small.
One particular male member of staff was extremely helpful.
One particular male member of staff was extremely helpful. The others where rather imperious. On check out the receptionist refused both my cars & then I had to pay to call my bank to authorise but there was no need as she hadn't put the card through properly to request a payment. There was no apology from her or offer of reduction on room rate to accommodate the fact I now have to pay for an unnecessary overseas call!
Location not too bad. We walked everywhere without taking cabs or railway. The staff - great ... Very helpful and organised. The rooms very clean. Design - wow. Very unique
Rooms r too small, not for claustrofobic ppl. During our 4 nights honeymoon, 3 were disturbed by very loud music in front of the hotel (Moschino music nights or sth). Disaster. Prices - definitely too high. E.G. Mojito with white sugar 18e (and they had no Sprite or 7up, ).
